Ms. Kutz received her J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2008 where she was a recipient of the Jurist Scholarship, the Executive Managing Editor of the Valparaiso University Law Review, and an Associate Member of the Moot Court Honor Society. In addition to her J.D., Ms. Kutz completed a Master of Science in International Commerce and Policy in 2008. In 2004 she received her B.A. in English and Political Science (double major) from Rhodes College. Ms. Kutz’s areas of practice are Admiralty and Maritime, Business Litigation, Civil Litigation and Employment.
