Mr. Orvin concentrates his practice on mixed-use and "green" development, commercial leasing, zoning, financing and the establishment of condominium regimes. He has worked on several large “New Urbanist” communities as well as traditional neighborhood developments and has drafted homeowner association documentation for such projects. Mr. Orvin has advised clients on the development of several mixed-use condominium projects including developments that include “dockominiums” and has served as counsel to condominium associations in several matters. In addition, he represents clients in complex real estate and business litigation matters.
