David S. Yandle is a trial lawyer with twenty five years of experience who now concentrates his practice in the firm’s employment, insurance, and business litigation groups. Mr. Yandle represents employers in all facets of employment law, including Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FLSA and FMLA, as well as employment contracts, covenants not to compete, employee handbooks, wage and hour disputes. His employment practice ranges from advising clients on contractual matters to litigating disputes before federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Mr. Yandle works closely with attorneys in the health care practice group, while his insurance practice primarily focuses on product liability and trucking accidents.

•	Numerous grants of summary judgment for employer defendants in wrongful termination, discrimination, and breach of contract suits
•	Successful representation of clients seeking and defending against temporary restraining orders and injunctions arising from non-competition agreements and trade secret infringement
•	Defense verdict for fast food restaurant involving negligently inflicted burns from scalding coffee
•	Successful representation of extension cord manufacturer in wrongful death litigation arising from multiple fatality house fire
•	Defense verdict for court appointed client in termination of parental rights trial
