Greg Horton has handled a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including defending a construction products manufacturer in several multi-million dollar construction defect claims; a consumer services firm against a nationwide class action and in investigations by over twenty attorneys general; a large manufacturer in trade secrets litigation against a competitor; a food products manufacturer in class actions involving contaminated food; a medical services company in a challenge to the results of its testing; a property owner in the death of a invitee on a business premises; a landlord in the death of a child on its premises; the manufacturer of allegedly defective component parts in a multi-million dollar claim by a product manufacturer; and a wide variety of product liability cases involving jet skis, escalators, golf carts, construction products, and toxic materials. He is also the former chair of the Employment and Labor Law Section of the South Carolina Bar and frequently represents employers in a variety of employment matters, including claims for discrimination, wrongful termination, and violations of various federal and state employment laws.
