American Bar Association Appoints Daniel Q. Orvin to Serve on the Real Property Government Submissions Task Force

The American Bar Association, Section of Real Property, Trust & Estate Law, has appointed Daniel Q. Orvin, a principal in the firm, to serve on the Real Property Government Submissions Task Force.
The task force will initiate and review submissions to governmental bodies with respect to proposed legislation, regulation and other matters affecting real property and interests, with the view to improving the law and ensuring the highest quality and balanced approach.
Mr. Orvin's practice includes Business & Banking, Business Litigation and Real Estate. He concentrates his practice on mixed-use and "green" development, commercial leasing, zoning, financing and the establishment of condominium regimes. He has worked on several large “New Urbanist” communities as well as traditional neighborhood developments and has drafted homeowner association documentation for such projects. Mr. Orvin has advised clients on the development of several mixed-use condominium projects including developments that include “dockominiums” and has served as counsel to condominium associations in several matters. In addition, he represents clients in complex real estate and business litigation matters.
