Jana B. Baker is a graduate of the Leadership Charleston Class of 2010.
Jana B. Baker is an associate of the firm. Her practice areas include commercial litigation, real estate litigation, landlord/tenant disputes and real estate title claims. Ms. Baker has successfully represented developers in resolving real estate title disputes. Additionally, she has extensive experience in dealing with issues that affect heirs property, and has made presentations on the issues that often arise with heirs property.
As a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, Ms. Baker represents corporate entities and/or its shareholders, members, or partners by, among other things, analyzing corporate documents, commercial contracts, and providing advice pursuant to such documents and South Carolina corporate law.
She has extensive litigation experience and has tried cases in state and small claims courts. Ms. Baker has also been actively involved in obtaining beer, wine and liquor licenses, both permanent and temporary, for her corporate clients in South Carolina.
