Timothy C. Dargan has extensive federal court experience which has proved invaluable in private practice. Since joining the firm, Mr. Dargan has appeared in both federal and state court numerous times and has argued motions in both. In addition, he has tried two cases in small claims court and has participated in arbitration. Mr. Dargan also has experience before the Master-in-Equity. He practices in the areas of business litigation, admiralty, environmental, employment, construction, and products liability law.
