William T. Dawson III is an associate of the firm who focuses his practice on real estate transactions, corporate transactions, development, banking, bankruptcy, and business litigation. As a member of the Real Estate and Business and Banking practice groups, Mr. Dawson regularly assists clients in entity formation, commercial real estate transactions, residential real estate closings, loan workouts and the negotiation, drafting, and review of business contracts and real estate agreements including loan documents, deed in lieu of foreclosure agreements, operating agreements, corporate resolutions, commercial and residential leases, tenant-in-common agreements, and property management agreements. As a member of the Business Litigation practice group, he regularly assists clients in property, commercial, and contractual disputes including commercial lease disputes, business disputes, real property tax appeals, business license fee issues, and the representation of homeowners associations in the enforcement of restrictive covenants.
