William Warnock practices in business and construction litigation. In addition to these areas, Mr. Warnock has first-chair litigation and trial experience in connection with insurance coverage, business torts, personal injury claims and construction product liability claims. A member of the California, Alaska and South Carolina bars, Mr. Warnock is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. Bill’s strong interest in the construction industry is evident in his representation of contractors, subcontractors, owners and construction product manufacturers on a host of issues arising from complex commercial and residential construction projects in the private and public sectors. Bill regularly represents construction industry clients in all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts. In the litigation context, Bill’s involvement often begins when a dispute has arisen, or is anticipated, and continues through discovery, alternative dispute resolution procedures, settlement negotiations and, if unsuccessful, trial.
